All content on megagroundsloth.de is subject to national and international intellectual property protection laws and regulations. Further use, duplication, reproduction, processing or commercialization without the consent of the author is not permitted and will be prosecuted.
To make it easier for you to use the media I have created, you can download my pictures with my logo here. You are permitted to use the images unchanged together with the logo. Provided that the logo remains visible and all terms and conditions of this agreement are complied with. The image may not be represented or cropped in such a way that all or part of the logo disappears or becomes the main subject. The image may only be scaled as far as the lettering "megagroundsloth" remains legible. An exception to the cropping and scaling rule applies if it is a so-called thumbnail and one click takes you directly to the image that meets the above requirements.
It is strictly forbidden to use the image in connection with violence, (animal) cruelty, bullying, racism, sexism or disability discrimination. An exception regarding violence applies to consensual violence, for example in martial arts or fetish.
The scope of permitted use is limited to the presentation and distribution of the images. Changes to the image material are only permitted with regard to the file name and the above-mentioned cropping and scaling rules. Commercial use is not prohibited by the author, but is not expressly permitted either. It is important that, in addition to the copyright provisions, third-party property and privacy rights may also be affected. If the property or privacy rights of third parties or other national or international laws are affected by the images offered here, the right of use can be restricted to such an extent that this agreement loses its validity in whole or in part. This does not result in any claims against the author of the images. This agreement only regulates the permission of the author based on the creative work, but not the permission of other parties affected by these images. It is your own responsibility to assess before using the image whether the objects or people shown in the image result in legal usage restrictions.
The validity of this media usage license can be revoked at any time without giving reasons. In this case, an e-mail will be sent for information. The validity of the license can be queried via megagroundsloth.de.
There is no transfer of property and privacy rights.
