🌞 Many people wish they were younger. At the same time, many want to live as if it were their last day. I find these views strange. I don't want to be younger, and I want to live as if my last day were still a long way off. I want to live to a very old age and stay as healthy as possible. For me, life isn't a checklist, and every day with ordinary experiences is a great joy, because it could be completely different.

🌱 The idea of giving the days more life often implies trying to make each moment intense or extraordinary, but I think that true life is found in stability, well-being, and inner peace. When I focus on health and peace, I create a foundation where each day naturally holds meaning and joy, not because it’s rushed or full of spectacle, but because it’s lived with balance and calm.
