🦧 I'm such a prehistoric show-off. But I was underweight four months ago and I'm proud to consistently stick to my daily fitness workouts.
💯 Going from 64 kg to 97 kg is quite an achievement! Admittedly, my belly has grown disproportionately, but it's slowly returning to normal. Routine is very important – anyone who follows my posts closely will also know about the challenges of ADHD. But I've come up with a good system that helps me stay on track. I train different muscle groups every day, on a four-day schedule.
💫 There are more effective training approaches, but ultimately, it's more important that I have a method that works well for me. A training plan that makes more sense in theory but fails in practice due to my quirks doesn't get me anywhere. So I have a trick that makes my daily task seem small, but in reality, I'm actually pushed through it with much more intensity once I get started. This is how I've overcome every motivation gap in the last few months.
✅️ The fact that I have a completed workout noted in my calendar for each day fills me with pride and self-confidence.
♻️ Regular exercise is especially important now that I'm in the final stages of my 30s. Physical changes occur in my 40s, and I want to counteract them early. Add to that the fact that I'm fit, good-looking, and full of curiosity about where my pursuits will take me.
