I've adopted the nest of a Giant African land snail. I suspect it's Achatina (Lissachatina) fulica. 🐚

The parent was alone for several years and suddenly had the idea to lay fertilised eggs. 🐌💡 The freshly hatched snails first eat their own eggshell, but don't stop at the shells of the others. I made plenty of sepia available, but as you can see in the last video, snail eggs are more attractive.

Maybe you feel a little stuck, but that's ok. Be-leaf in you and tree't yourself with the love and respect you deserve!🤗🍁🌟🌞

Great house spider, Eratigena atrica 🕷💕
When someone asks me to identify a spider, it's usually the great house spider. With a size of up to 2 cm, it's the largest spider found in German houses. It's pretty nimble: 50 cm per second! The bite can cause a light swelling, but they don't bite without being provoked. By the way, the wasp spider is even bigger than the great house spider (up to 2.5 cm). But those can only be found in nature.

Sac spiders look pretty similar to jumping spiders. That's because of their similar way of life. They don't hunt with nets but with their two big claws and they're excellent climbers. During daytime they usually sleep in sack-shaped dwellings made of plant parts and silk.

A nutria near the Nidda river in Frankfurt, Germany. These rodents, originally native to South America, have spread throughout Germany since 1926. Although they are very friendly and cute, you should neither feed nor touch them!

I discovered her in the stairwell and put her in an open terrarium. Shortly after, she built her net and the cocoon. House spider females are sedentary. I enjoyed it for a long time!
