I spent only a few hours in Ica. I looked around the city and did some shopping. There was a lot going on that day because the elections took place. Unlike in Germany, it's mandatory in Peru to participate in the elections.
Near Machu Picchu is the beautiful village of Santa Teresa. This was the nicest place of my trip! The kids danced from morning to night and I really enjoyed staying in the main square and watching them. ✌☺
The station in Hidroeléctrica. Those who still needed something could stock up at the stalls with snacks and more. I walked from there along the railway tracks to Aguas Calientes. I sweated like hell in the high humidity. But it was really nice! ✌
