Happy Halloween!👿 A good time to be creative! This video was made entirely from still images. I chopped them up, put them together again and breathed life into them. And sent them to my neighbourhood! My lame laptop took 13 hours to generate the video. Unfortunately, not everything went exactly as planned. Can't be corrected before Halloween is over. But I'm pretty proud of the sounds I created! 😅

They are pretty bad, partly sexist, politically incorrect and often doesn't make any sense. Main character is Hitch, the cockroach - with a foot as a face. You'll certainly like it. Confront your own villain! When I was a very young sloth, I liked to do nonsense. Criminal nonsense. I did things just to proof the concept. I was sentenced to work in a sculpture workshop. I found it very nice there and even came voluntarily, when it was no longer necessary. At the age of 19, I made this sculpture of aerated concrete and plaster there. I was inspired by a villain from one of my favorite anime series. The Cell Saga remains epic in the history of Dragonball. When I met one of the workshop leaders a few years ago, he told me that the sculpture is now in an advertising agency, inspiring creative minds.

It's not finished yet. Maybe never will. I'm furry, so no need to hurry. I paint for over 2 years on the picture. Recently I sat for about 10 hours again. It's gouache tempera on canvas (20x20cm). It means a lot to me, because I always wanted to paint a very detailed picture. I haven't painted many pictures yet. A few, but without satisfying me. The title is "Terrarium Snake and Monarch Butterfly". It describes my self-image, along with hurdles and desires that shape me. Every now and then I show you the progress.
On Monday morning, the Taunus presented itself in a fashionable cloud dress. 🌫🌫 The left mountain is the Altkönig ("Old King"). Around 400 BC, the Celts settled there. Remains of the settlement and several ringwalls can be visited. It's the third highest mountain in the Taunus (798 m). The right mountain ist the Großer Feldberg ("Great Field Mountain"). On its top you can see the Feldberg/Taunus transmitter and the observation tower. It's the highest elevation of the Taunus mountains and of the entire Rheinish Massif (879 m). There, too, you will find interesting traces of the past. For example, there are parts of the Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes and other significant remains of the Romans. You can also visit the Brunhildisfelsen ("Brunhild's Rock"). This name is said to go back to the legend of Sigurd, as there Brunhild once said to have been put to sleep by Odin. Sigurd fulfilled the requirements to wake her up again.
